Our teaching faculty includes many locally and nationally renowned musicians, who want to share their knowledge and experience with you.

Formally known as Sligo Contemporary Music School (SCMS), Sligo School of Rock provides one to one lessons in vocals and a variety of popular instruments.

NEWS: Sligo School of Rock is now a registered Rockschool TM Exam Centre, approved by rockschool.co.uk creators of the Rockschool series of educational books and instrumental grades.

Lessons take place from mid-September until Xmas and then again from January – May

Lessons take place after school hours

Venue: St Edwards NS, Clarion Road, Sligo.

Sligo School of Rock offers tuition in the following:

  • Drums
  • Bass
  • Guitar
  • Piano/Keyboards
  • Saxophone
  • Vocals

Lessons are all one to one, half hour length once a week during school terms.

We take students from 7 yrs and upwards.
